Job summary

Mass General Brigham Medical Group, Inc. in Salem, MA invites experienced CRNAs to join the Pediatric Team as a CRNA II, onsite at Salem Hospital.

You will provide anesthesia services, review medical histories, administer and monitor anesthesia, and maintain ongoing registration as a CRNA. You will lead pediatric cases, mentor SRNAs, develop orientation, deliver lectures, participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives, collaborating with anesthesiologists and surgeons to

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nurse anesthesia required.
• CRNA NBCRNA certification required.
• Massachusetts RN license required.
• ACLS/ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active clinical practice in pediatric anesthesia.
• Serve as a clinical resource and consultant for CRNAs and care team.
• Develop and maintain orientation program for new CRNAs and SRNAs.
• Create and deliver educational content on pediatric anesthesia topics.
• Provide ongoing education on new protocols and research; mentor CRNAs and SRNAs.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
