Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and Talent Acquisition to plan staffing.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract CRNAs.
• Source qualified CRNAs through networking and outreach.
• Maintain relationships with CRNAs and anesthesia programs for pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
