The position requires a Master's in Nurse Anesthesia, CRNA licensure, and BLS/ACLS, with 2–3 years of CRNA experience preferred. Onsite work in Salem with a $40,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nurse anesthesia required.
• CRNA (NBCRNA) certification and MA RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• 2–3 years CRNA experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review patients' medical history and administer/manage anesthesia.
• Monitor patients during perioperative period and document continued registration.
• Coordinate recruitment process, interviews, and candidate experience.
• Partner with leadership to develop targeted recruitment plans and campaigns.
