University Health seeks a skilled RN to provide critical care and safe transport for pediatric patients across air and ground ambulances. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, mentorship, and adherence to established guidelines.

The ideal candidate holds pediatric CCU experience with mandatory BLS/PALS/ACLS, NRP within 3 months, and completion of a trauma program within six months of hire; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of recent pediatric critical care experience.
• Current BLS, PALS, and ACLS credentials (provider or instructor).
• NRP (provider or instructor) required within 3 months of hire.
• Completion of a nationally recognized trauma program within six months of hire.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide critical care and safe transport to critically ill and injured pediatric patients via fixed wing, rotor wing and ground ambulance.
• Serve as a clinical role model, resource, and mentor for colleagues.
