Ascension is seeking a Pediatric Critical Care physician to join a busy inpatient PICU in Evansville, Indiana. You will lead the direct evaluation and management of critically ill children, supported by a strong referral network and a nonprofit health system.

Qualifications

• Fellowship training in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine.
• Indiana medical licensure obtained prior to hire or transfer date.

Responsibilities

• Direct high-level evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of critically ill pediatric patients in a 7-bed PICU.
• Manage admissions and complex inpatient consultations with a focus on patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with regional referring physicians and subspecialists to drive clinically excellent, cost-effective care.
