Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in Florida in good standing.
• ACPE-accredited PharmD preferred or PharmD with residency in pediatrics.
• BLS certification maintained throughout employment.
• Two years of clinical hospital pharmacy experience.
• Pediatric/critical care pharmacotherapy knowledge is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily rounds and provide pharmacotherapy recommendations in PICU.
• Monitor drug interactions, dosing, and administration for pediatric patients.
• Contribute to formulary management and cost-effective therapies.
• Educate pharmacy students, residents, and fellows on pediatric pharmacotherapy.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
