PSCFL is seeking a pharmacist to actively participate in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, providing patient-specific pharmacotherapy recommendations and optimizing therapies in the PICU setting. You will assess drug interactions, dosages, and cost-effective regimens under hospital policies and laws.

The role includes training pharmacy students, residents, fellows, and physicians on pediatric pharmacotherapy, and supporting medication therapy management and safety across care teams.

Qualifications

• Requires Doctorate or PharmD from ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy.
• Active Florida Pharmacist License in good standing.
• 2+ years of clinical hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide pharmacotherapy recommendations in PICU and optimize dosing and interactions.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and educate staff and residents.
• Monitor and document medication therapy, billing, and formulary management.
