Job summary

No Stone Unturned Therapeutic Learning Center in Manhattan, KS is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to help children develop skills for home, school, and life. The role collaborates with a multidisciplinary therapy team in a nonprofit pediatric setting.

You will deliver individualized OT interventions, track progress, and work with families to support developmental goals while engaging in ongoing professional growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Kansas COTA license (or eligible for licensure).
• Minimum 1–2 years of pediatric therapy experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass required background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, pediatric occupational therapy interventions under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Support children in achieving developmental, sensory, motor, and functional goals.
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, PTs, ABA providers, and families to maximize outcomes.
• Document treatment sessions and progress accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Maintain therapy equipment, treatment spaces, and clinic resources.
• Contribute to a positive, child-centered environment.
