Skills on the Hill seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our pediatric therapy team in Arlington, VA and Washington, DC. You’ll deliver play-based therapy under licensed OTs, helping children reach developmental goals in home, school, and community settings.

This role emphasizes collaboration with families and a multidisciplinary team, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for professional development in a joyful, kid-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA.
• DC and VA COTA licensure or eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Deliver play-based therapy sessions under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Support treatment goals and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Track progress and document sessions for care updates.
• Collaborate with OTs and other professionals for holistic care.
• Maintain compliant documentation and environment.
