Job summary

Achieve Center is hiring a Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position. You will deliver specialized pediatric therapy, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support children ages 0–21 with developmental disabilities or delays.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• Graduation from an accredited OTA program.
• Strong knowledge of child development.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with patients, physicians, and staff.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality pediatric therapy programming per patient needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate care.
• Deliver programs related to feeding, sensory processing, motor coordination, and cognitive skills.
• Support families and monitor progress to help children achieve developmental goals.
