Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• NBCOT certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy based on treatment plans set by an Occupational Therapist.
• Monitor and document patient progress and maintain records per policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care and educate families.
• Lead or assist therapeutic activities while promoting patient engagement.
