PLP Group is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for their Lake Highlands clinic. Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
• Current Texas COTA licensure.
• Sound understanding of childhood disorders and treatments.
• Experience with the pediatric population.
• Physical ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist children and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one therapeutic treatment under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Guide kids on and around therapy equipment safely and confidently.
• Assess and demonstrate the use of medical equipment.
• Document sessions and standardized testing in our EMR.
