Job summary

Milestones Play Gym & Pediatric Therapy, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L) to join our pediatric therapy team in Fredericksburg, VA. An established caseload and waitlist enable a smooth transition into a consistent schedule.

The full-time W-2 role offers 32 guaranteed hours over a four-day workweek, with flexible part-time options. Compensation is $30–$32/hour, with benefits including holidays, health insurance, and paid planning time.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited COTA program.
• Virginia COTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively under OTR supervision in a pediatric setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 pediatric occupational therapy under OTR supervision.
• Address sensory processing, motor development, and functional participation.
• Use play and child interests to create meaningful therapeutic experiences.
• Document timely and accurately and communicate with caregivers.
• Collaborate with supervising OT and interdisciplinary team.
