Job summary

Woven Care is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for an early career role in Colorado Springs. You’ll join a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient team focused on growth, collaboration, and clinician well-being, with manageable caseloads and strong support.

You’ll provide 30–60 minute sessions, collaborate with Speech, PT, and ABA, and enjoy flexible scheduling (four- or five-day weeks, part-time options).

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited COTA program (required).
• NBCOT certification required.
• Colorado DORA COTA license (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
• 2-5 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (Speech, PT, ABA) to support pediatric clients.
• Conduct 30–60 minute sessions to foster relationships with clients and caregivers.
• Maintain a productivity expectation of 75% of the workweek.
