Job summary

Woven Care in Colorado Springs seeks an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver pediatric outpatient therapy. You will facilitate 30–60 minute sessions with children and families, focusing on clinical excellence and mentorship within a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required from accredited COTA program.
• NBCOT certification required.
• Colorado DORA COTA license or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide 30–60 minute 1:1 sessions to foster strong client and caregiver relationships.
• Maintain productivity target of 75% of the week.
• Support pediatric outpatient clients and caregivers in daily activities and therapy goals.
