Job summary

Woven Care in Colorado Springs is seeking an early-career Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a pediatric outpatient setting. On-site with possible hybrid arrangements, we offer four- or five-day weeks and part-time options, plus a growth-focused program that prioritizes balanced caseloads.

You’ll collaborate with Speech, PT, and ABA, deliver 30–60 minute sessions, maintain 75% productivity, and access generous CEU reimbursement, certifications funding, and a strong benefits

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited COTA program.
• NBCOT certification.
• Colorado DORA COTA license or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• 2-5 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 30–60 minute one-to-one sessions.
• Collaborate with Speech, PT, and ABA within a multidisciplinary model.
• Maintain a productive caseload while ensuring quality care.
