Job summary

ChildServe seeks a Hospital Rounding Physician (PRN) to provide high-quality, family-centered care to children and young adults with complex medical needs. You will work with Iowa board-certified physicians, pediatric physiatrists, NPs, psychologists, therapists, and rehab teams in a multidisciplinary setting.

The role involves participating in medical management on inpatient and outpatient clinics, collaborating with the care team, and supporting the Care Quality System to ensure the highest

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in pediatrics or internal medicine/pediatrics.
• Experience managing inpatient pediatric patients with complex care needs.
• Fellowship in Pediatric Complex Care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical management for children and young adults on inpatient units.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team and external partners.
• Support care quality initiatives and uphold high healthcare standards.
