Job summary

ChildServe in Iowa seeks a Hospital Rounding Physician (PRN) to join a multidisciplinary team delivering family-centered care to children and young adults with complex medical needs. The role entails inpatient rounding and outpatient management alongside pediatric physicians, NPs, psychologists, therapists, and rehab staff.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree and board eligibility in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics or Family Medicine with pediatric inpatient experience.
• Fellowship in Pediatric Complex Care or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Iowa medical licensure and unrestricted federal DEA/CSA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient medical management for children and young adults on units and in outpatient clinic settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team across care teams and external partners.
• Support care quality improvements and adherence to ChildServeCare Quality standards.
