Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide one-on-one pediatric care in school and home settings. You will assist with personal care, vital signs, mobility, and range of motion, ensuring comfort and safety for patients.

Qualified candidates have CNA/Home Health Aide training, CPR/First Aid, and pass Maxim's competency program with 80%+ scores. Maxim offers weekly pay, benefits, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a nursing assistant/home health aide training program and evaluation per state/federal regulations
• Maxim Clinical Competency Program for home health aides with 80%+ score and demonstrated skills
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care
• Meets Maxim and state background investigation requirements
• Current CPR certification and First Aid training per state regulations
• Tuberculosis screening/testing per policy and state regulations

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care activities (showering, bathing, dressing, etc.)
• Take and record temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure as ordered
• Assist with mobility, positioning, transfers, and use of mobility devices
• Support range of motion exercises and related procedures as ordered
