Spark Pediatrics is excited to announce an opening for a Pediatric CNA/Activities Coordinator in our Florida Medical Daycare. The role blends medical care, childcare, and teaching to support children aged 0-21 with nursing needs. Hours are 6 AM–6 PM, Monday–Friday, with potential Saturday hours.

We seek compassionate, patient-focused individuals with CNA training, BLS certification, and at least one year of pediatric care experience. Join us to make a meaningful difference.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of CNA program required.
• One year of professional experience in care of infants/ toddlers; references required.

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate care for children aged 0-21, including daily living activities and transportation assistance.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Observing and documenting children's behaviors, mood, and health concerns, reporting information to nurses or other staff.
• Engaging children in educational and developmental activities to support growth and potential.
• Delivering excellent customer service to children and families, ensuring a positive nurturing environment.
• Implementing lesson plans as outlined in the curriculum handbook.
• Maintaining organized inventory of learning materials and supplies.
• Communicating with parents about children's activities and progress.
