Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have active RMA/CMA.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in a pediatric medical practice preferred.

• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Detail-oriented with good coordination and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and document vital signs.
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist physicians.
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens and perform basic tests.
• Explain treatments and provide medication instructions.
• Maintain logs and comply with safety and HIPAA guidelines.
• Process messages from patients and front office staff to providers.
