Job summary

You will provide direct patient care under supervision, coordinate care, and help ensure a smooth, patient-centered experience for children and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current CMA, CCMA, or RMA certification is required.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• Minimum of one year hospital or medical office experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and families, obtain histories, vital signs, screenings, and document in EHR.
• Assist providers with procedures, injections, point-of-care testing, EKGs, and dressings.
• Support patient communication: phones, scheduling, prescriptions, and provider instructions.
• Maintain records, manage EHR tasks, stock supplies, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
