Responsibilities

• Triage and front desk tasks; check-out procedures and eligibility.
• Take vitals, room patients, document in EMR accurately.
• Assist with immunizations, labs, and routine procedures.
• Provide patient education and vaccine information as directed by provider.
• Maintain clean exam rooms and stock supplies; manage referrals.
