Qualifications

• CMA or RMA certification required or obtained within 3 months.
• High School diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred.
• 2+ years in healthcare preferred.
• HIPAA privacy knowledge and compliance.
• Fluent in English; bilingual in multiple languages preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic Internet use.

Responsabilités

• Triage and front desk tasks; check-out procedures and eligibility.
• Take vitals, room patients, document in EMR accurately.
• Assist with immunizations, labs, and routine procedures.
• Provide patient education and vaccine information as directed by provider.
• Maintain clean exam rooms and stock supplies; manage referrals.
