Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting patient data including biophysical, psychosocial, developmental, cultural, and environmental information.
• Document vital signs, BMI, height/weight, and visit reason with accuracy.
• Document current medications, allergies, and other info in the EHR.
