Responsibilities

• Directs and manages the Clinical Trial Coordinator Pool and provides oversight for staffing and protocol responsibilities.
• Ensures professional development opportunities for research staff and supports unit goals.
• Directs a 4,000 sq ft Pediatric Clinical Research unit and provides monthly reports to leadership.
• Acts as Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator for approved studies and coordinates study activities.
• Liaises with UAMS and AC Research Coordinators for collaborations and AC Research.
• Maintains ongoing continuing education to stay current in practice responsibilities.
