• Directs and manages the Clinical Trial Coordinator Pool and PCRU operations.
• Provides professional development opportunities to staff and aligns goals with unit needs.
• Coordinates clinical research studies and serves as a Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator.
• Maintains liaison with UAMS and AC Research Coordinators for collaborations.
• Keeps knowledge current with annual continuing education requirements and applies it to practice.
