Job summary

Novant Health's Robinhood Pediatrics in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor II to lead day-to-day clinical operations. The role will supervise about 15 clinical team members, oversee attendance and scheduling, and provide clinical guidance to ensure high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will hold RN licensure, have at least two years of nursing experience with supervisory exposure, and demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills to support a smooth clinic

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the appropriate state is required.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of nursing experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent human relation, oral and written communication, leadership and problem solving skills; proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support approximately 15 clinical team members.
• Monitor and assist with team member timekeeping, attendance, and scheduling needs.
• Provide clinical guidance, leadership, and day-to-day oversight.
• Assist on the clinical floor as needed to support patient care and team workflow.
• Help ensure smooth and efficient daily clinic operations.
• Cross-cover administrative responsibilities as needed.
• Support the team in maintaining high standards of patient care, safety, and service.
