• Maintains 24/7 accountability for patient care operations.
• Collaborates to develop and implement patient care standards and department goals.
• Ensures high quality nursing care and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Manages staffing; recruits, retains and develops staff with HR partners.
• Oversees budgeting; monitors revenue, expenses and capital budgets.
