The Shriners Hospital for Children is seeking a Clinical Research Program Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our clinical research programs. This role ensures ethical, regulatory, and policy compliance, and drives strategic planning, operational execution, and overall research success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in clinical research, science or related healthcare field preferred.
• If no degree, 5+ years of clinical research administration experience.
• Three years of clinical research experience (site management, study management, IRB and federal regulations).
• Certified Clinical Research Coordinator preferred.
• Experience coordinating multi-site studies; supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of clinical research programs, ensuring compliance with guidelines and policies.
• Provide strategic planning, operational execution, and overall program success.
• Serve as liaison among participants, staff, investigators and sponsors.
• Ensure proper study conduct, subject safety, and data quality/safeguards.
• Manage day-to-day operations and coordinate interdisciplinary communication.
