Job summary

Shriners Children’s is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator, Level 2 to oversee and ensure compliant clinical research activities across SHC. The CRC2 coordinates regulatory compliance, data security, and study operations under the Program Manager and Research Programs Office.

The position requires extensive experience in clinical research, IRB coordination, and adherence to GCP guidelines. It emphasizes patient safety, data quality, and collaboration with senior leaders in a pediatric

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical research administration experience (without a Bachelor's degree)
• 3+ years of clinical research experience in site/study management and IRB/federal regulations
• Knowledge of electronic health systems and databases used in research
• Knowledge of applicable regulations related to clinical research and consent process

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements
• Track all project aspects, including IRB information, recruitment, and budget
• Coordinate collection, analysis and dissemination of data in a clinical study
• Prepare study results for sharing with the research team
• Ensure patient safety and data privacy throughout the study
• Work with SHC leadership to uphold the research mission
• Maintain scientific integrity and excellence
