Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in clinical research, science or healthcare field preferred.
• Without a degree, 5+ years of specific job-related experience in clinical research administration required.
• Three years of clinical research experience, e.g. site management, study management, IRB and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinical research programs ensuring ethics, regulatory compliance and institutional policies.
• Coordinate with SHC staff to ethically recruit and consent pediatric subjects and safeguard data.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the clinical research program and foster collaboration.
