Job summary

The Division of Rheumatology at CHOP is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to support IND/IDE studies, day-to-day trial management, subject recruitment, and onboarding within a fast-paced pediatric research environment.

Under the direction of the Clinical Research Director, you will provide regulatory support and ensure GCP compliance, while coordinating multi-site studies and maintaining accurate trial documentation.

• Basic knowledge of IRB and human subject protection.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory support for IRB/IND/IDE studies and regulatory documents.
• Manage day-to-day trial activities and study coordination.
• Recruit and enroll patients/participants and onboard team members.
• Maintain study source documents and ensure GCP compliance.
• Register studies on ClinicalTrials.gov and manage documentation.
