Job summary

Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II for the Hill Research Lab in the Division of Allergy and Immunology. You will support recruitment for human studies focusing on atopic diseases and related conditions, screen and enroll subjects, and handle specimen transport to core labs.

Under minimal supervision, you’ll manage day-to-day study activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with PI and study staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of clinical/research coordination experience required.
• At least 3 years of clinical/research coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to an IRB approved protocol.
• Participate in informed consent process for study subjects.
• Coordinate protocol-related research procedures, visits and follow-up care.
• Screen, recruit and enroll patients/research participants.
• Maintain study source documents and report adverse events.
• Develop and maintain regulatory documents (IRB, FDA) and study manuals.
• Coordinate study meetings and communications across teams.
