Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical trial coordination experience.
• 1+ years of pediatric clinical trials experience required.
• Regulatory experience preferred.
• Clinical Research Study Start-Up experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read/understand/follow clinical research protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate specimen collections, processing, shipment, and storage.
• Coordinate manufacturing/receipt of treatment as applicable and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist with data extraction from EMR/original source and reporting (paper or electronic).
• Perform IRB submissions for new studies, amendments, continuing reviews, and close outs.
• Maintain regulatory binders; assist with start-up tasks, budgeting, and invoicing for studies.
• Provide cross-coverage for other CRCs within the department.
