Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in New York, NY is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our NYC team. You will conduct evaluations, participate in home, school, and clinic settings, and help children with special needs reach their goals.

The position offers a flexible schedule, strong clinical supervision, and access to a paperless billing system. The ideal candidate holds a NYS Clinical Psychologist license, is passionate about children and families, and collaborates

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for working with children and families!
• Valid NYS Clinical Psychologist license
• Must be self-motivated and a team player who exercises patience and professionalism.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Administer Psychological Evaluations in home and/or school based settings.
• Gather necessary information to conduct social histories.
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and social histories and submit them in a timely manner.
• Write Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and/or Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) goals.
• Determine need for additional assessments per observation and child needs.
• Conduct evaluations in the primary language of the child.
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and State & Federal regulations) and submit records to agency within established deadlines.
