Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in New York, NY is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our NYC team. You will evaluate and support children with special needs across home, school, and clinic settings while developing social histories and IEP/IFSP goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a NYS LCSW license.
• Experience evaluating children births-5 preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer psychological evaluations in home and/or school settings.
• Gather information to conduct social histories.
• Write evaluation reports and social histories in a timely manner.
• Write IEP and/or IFSP goals.
• Determine need for additional assessment per observation.
• Conduct evaluations in the child's primary language.
• Maintain records and confidentiality per HIPAA and regulations.
