Achieve Beyond in Nassau, NY is seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our pediatric therapy team. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to administer evaluations in home, school, or clinic settings, supporting children and families through accurate assessments and meaningful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid NYS Clinical Psychologist license, be passionate about working with kids, and collaborate with supervisors and staff to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NYS Clinical Psychologist license.
• Experience evaluating children in home or school settings.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Administer psychological evaluations in home and/or school-based settings.
• Gather necessary information to conduct social histories.
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and social histories promptly.
• Write IFSP and/or IEP goals.
• Determine need for additional assessments per observation and child needs.
• Conduct evaluations in the child’s primary language.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and regulations.
