Job summary

Achieve Beyond in Queens, NY is seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our pediatric therapy team providing evaluations and ongoing services in home, school, and clinic settings.

You will administer evaluations, prepare comprehensive reports, and help develop IFSP/IEP goals while collaborating with supervisors and administrative staff.

A NYS Clinical Psychologist license and passion for working with children and families are required; fluent language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for working with children and families.
• Valid NYS Clinical Psychologist license.
• Must be self-motivated and a team player who exercises patience and professionalism.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer Psychological Evaluations in home and/or school based settings.
• Gather necessary information to conduct social histories.
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and social histories and submit them in a timely manner.
• Write Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and/or Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) goals.
• Determine need for additional assessments per observation and child needs.
