Job summary

Respire Homecare seeks a Senior Manager, Pediatric Clinical Program to lead our pediatric respiratory therapy team and shape clinical education, competency, and quality. You will partner across Patient Navigation, Care Coordination, and Clinical Liaison teams to ensure a seamless, coordinated family experience.

The role emphasizes empathy-driven care, coaching clinicians, and building a robust pipeline through internships and partnerships with local RT schools.

Qualifications

• Active RRT credential required.
• RRT-NPS credential preferred.
• 5+ years pediatric/neonatal RT experience.
• Experience leading teams and developing education programs.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pediatric respiratory therapy team with staffing, scheduling, and coaching.
• Develop onboarding and competency programs for pediatric RTs.
• Create caregiver education materials and training pathways.
• Champion care coordination with related teams.
• Conduct 30/60/90-day evaluations for new hires.
• Serve as senior clinical escalation resource for complex cases.
• Partner with clinical, sales/marketing, and community teams on engagement.
• Represent pediatric program at community events and internships.
• Monitor onboarding, retention, and competency data for improvement.
• Own hiring profile and recruiting strategy with People & Culture.
