Job summary

Respire Homecare Services seeks a Senior Manager, Pediatric Clinical Program to lead our pediatric respiratory therapy team and shape the clinical education, competency, and quality foundation behind every family’s experience. This role blends clinical leadership with empathy-driven care, ensuring caregivers feel supported through transitions and families are met with warmth and clinical expertise.

Qualifications

• Active RRT credential required.
• RRT-NPS credential strongly preferred.
• 5+ years pediatric/neonatal respiratory therapy experience.
• Leadership, supervisory, mentoring, or clinical education experience.
• Experience developing clinical workflows, training programs, or education initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead pediatric RT team staffing, scheduling, caseload distribution, coaching, and performance management with empathy-first approach.
• Develop onboarding and competency programs for pediatric RTs with validation processes.
• Create caregiver education materials and multi-visit training paths to build family confidence.
• Coordinate with Patient Navigation, Care Coordination/Social Work to ensure seamless family experience.
• Own pediatric RT hiring, interview, and specialty recruiting strategy with People & Culture.
