Job summary

Northeast Home Medical Equipment is seeking an experienced Program Supervisor - Respiratory Services to lead our respiratory care program and support patients receiving home respiratory therapy services.

The role combines clinical leadership, staff supervision, program oversight, and operational support to ensure exceptional care. Ideal candidate has leadership, communication, and organizational skills and is dedicated to improving quality of life for home respiratory patients.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or CRT credential.
• Current New York State Respiratory Therapist license.
• Minimum of 3 years of respiratory care experience, preferably in home care, durable medical equipment, or healthcare services.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
