Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited school; no experience required / on-the-job training.
• Licensed Pharmacist - MO
• Licensed Pharmacist - KS
• MO/KS license within 90 days of hire
• KS license within 90 days of hire (if KS location)
• MO license or proof of license with 90-day timeline
• KS license or proof of license with 90-day timeline (if primary location KS)

Responsibilities

• Prepares and dispenses medication orders per physician request according to established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Ensures safe, appropriate, cost effective medication therapies for patients according to established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Contributes to the quality and effective operation of the department.
• Maintains competence required for current job title/position.
