Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy with 3–5 years’ hospital experience would be most helpful.
• Master's Degree (Preferred) and no or minimal experience needed with higher level degree.
• Licensed Pharmacist - MO and KS with timely licensure within required timelines.
