Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school; on-the-job training may be available.
• Licensed Pharmacist in MO and KS; must obtain KS/MO license within 90 days of hire.
• Pharmacist license within 90 days of hire; KS/MO prerequisites apply.
• Specialty Certification preferred upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and dispenses medication orders per physician request according to policies and protocols.
• Ensures safe, appropriate, cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Contributes to the quality and effective operation of the department.
• Maintains competence required for the current job title/position.
