Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school; on-the-job training available.
• Licensed Pharmacist - MO.
• Licensed Pharmacist - KS.
• Must obtain KS license within 90 days of hire.
• Must obtain MO license within 90 days of hire.
• MO license or equivalent within 90 days of hire; includes possible technician license or intern license.
• KS license or equivalent within 90 days of hire; Only if primary work location is in Kansas.
• Specialty Certification preferred upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and dispenses medication orders per physician request.
• Ensures safe, appropriate, cost effective medication therapies.
• Contributes to the quality and effective operation of the department.
