Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Pharmacy degree (B.S. or PharmD).
• Licensed by the Florida Board of Pharmacy, renewed every two years.
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispenses medications and intravenous fluids per policy and procedures.
• Participates in multidisciplinary rounds and provides pharmacotherapy consultations.
• Ensures patient safety and adherence to safety and risk management procedures.
• Documents care and uses pharmacy systems to support patient care.
