Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide professional nursing care in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients and families.

This role follows age- and condition-appropriate plans of care and emphasizes evidence-based nursing practice. You will perform comprehensive assessments, monitor patient responses, educate families, supervise staff, and participate in rounds and care conferences.

Qualifications

• Two year ADN, BSN, or Diploma Nursing degree.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or RN to BSN preferred.
• Current State of Arizona RN license or compact-state licensure before start date.
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider before start date.

Responsabilités

• Completes nursing assessment of patient conditions across age and development.
• Evaluates patient responses to care and documents progress.
• Ensures compliance with medication, storage and documentation standards.
• Provides unit and process orientation to patients and families.
• Supervises care activities and mentors team members.
• Collaborates with care team to implement care plans and rounds.
• Mentors students and new staff with best-practice guidance.
