• Current State of Arizona RN license or compact state license before start date.

Responsibilities

• Completes nursing assessment of patient conditions across age groups to determine initial level of care.
• Evaluates patient responses to care and documents progress for care planning and communication.
• Ensures compliance with medication storage and documentation standards and hospital regulations.
• Provides unit orientation and mentorship to students and new employees.
• Collaborates with the care team to implement and communicate the plan of care.

Education

Two year ADN or Diploma nursing degree

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or RN to BSN program (enrolled or completed)
