Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, provide, supervise and document nursing care using the nursing process per orders and policies.
• Delegate tasks and supervise other staff; act as team leader when assigned.
• Support professional development and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Complete necessary patient documents (forms, FMLA) and related duties.
