Responsibilities

• Plan clinical experiences and supervise nursing students delivering care.
• Provide direct supervision and evaluation of students, with timely feedback.
• Remediate students as needed and orient to clinical policies.
• Develop and post written clinical assignments aligned with learning needs.
• Contribute to program development and ongoing college improvement.
• Possibly teach didactic content under supervision and keep the course coordinator informed.
• Maintain professional standards and support student satisfaction.
